Ok so I'm 18, weigh 110kg, 16cm tall. I do exercise every morning for about an hour. However I check my heart rate before I go to bed (which is at rest) and it is always around 108 - 120bpm. I check mine again this morning (an hour after walking and it's worse. 138bpm, last night it was 126bpm. I don't drink anything caffeinated, always drink water. My blood pressure is normally around 130-85. When I'm exercising i get out of breath really easily, but recently I have been getting strange pains in my chest (like a heavy something). So is that a problem or not, if so what can I do? I have asked this question before, I just wan to make sure not to waist the doctors time.
