Heart Tightness Gone After Exercise, But Pain Returns

by billcasey, Jan 16, 2009 05:23PM
Hello,
I am a 30 year old male, 5'11 and 170lbs,  I eat well and have no known health problems.  For the past few years I've had tightness in my heart area.
I've noticed that if I spend 20 minutes on a treadmill at varying levels of exertion the pain/tightness goes away for aprox. 1 hour after I'm done on the treadmill.  Then It comes back.  I've been to the ER for this where an EKG was done, pulse taken, blood pressure taken and they told me that these were good.  What could this be?

Thank you for any replies,
Bill
