Heart attack recovery

I had a major heart attack 9/18/08 with a 100% blockage in the LAD. I was told different things when in the hospital by two different doctors but I do understand that I have a small amount of damage with the heart working at 47. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since my heart attack and the doctor is telling me it is left up to me when I should and want to go back to work. I have a job that I lift more then 50 lbs and I do not want to have another heart attack. He says I have no restrictions that I could have another heart attack in my sleep just as well I could have one anywhere else. I do not know what to do? Please give me advice, do I need to get a second opinion?

Hi Paul,
I was brought to hospital in August 2008 and diagnosed with spontaneous coronary dissection (heart infarction)
When I was released three weeks later I was told to listen very carefully to my body´s signals. If it feels too heavy or too hard I have to stop immediately! I´m not to drive or even lift my baby (8 kgs) for another couple of weeks.
