Heart beat awareness

Just a couple of days ago I went to the emergency room because I could see my heart beat from my chest after working out they said I was just dehydrated but now Im aware of my heart beat almost all the time I've found out it might be palpitation but I'm not sure I'm only 15 by the way

I feel much better it's been a week since that day and can't really feel my heartbeat any more

Awareness of your heartbeat can be annoying, but as long as everything checked out okay when you went to the hospital, it is nothing to worry about.  It's possible you could have palpitations, but almost everyone does and they're harmless the vast majority of the time.  Feel better.
