Heart beat

I am 24 years old. i have been feeling my pulse in the past 2 months.....i sometimes feel it when i niel on anything or press with my hands on the wall. I can also see my pulse in my stomck at rest. if i put my hand on my stomck, i can easily follow my heart beat. i visited a doctor, done the ECHO and the thyroid check up and blood picture, and is very normal.
One more thing, i sometimes smoke Hash, when i do, my heart beats at a faster rate for a period of 15 to 25 min. and then goes back to the normal pulse which is still strong.
Guys, please i need someone to tell me am i alright or is something wrong???
