Heart beating

by neltem, Aug 17, 2008 03:08PM
I am a 70 years old male who excersises-almost- on a daily basis.
I have noticed that when a go a little too hard my heart beats irrgularly, skipping a beat every 5 or 6.
When I am relax it beats normaly at a little over 60 beats per minute.
Would be dangerous if keep going with my jogging or swimming for more than 1 hour?
Should I take it easy and just do a little jogging and walking?
Please advice.

Thank you

neltem
