Heart beats erratically on right side

For several years now, I can lay on my right side and my heart will pause, beat 4-5 times very fast, then return to normal. It sometimes does it when not laying on my right side but  usually does on my right. It is hard to breath for the 1-3 seconds this happens. But then it goes away.

I have had a normal ekg, echo, etc.

I am an avid runner and racer. I am 35 6 feet tall and 165 lbs.

I take 4 table spoons of milk of magnesia every night for slow colon motility diagnosed by a gastro doc.

Is this something I should worry about?

I get that too - a premature beat with a few quick steps - but I know it's normal for me. It may be happening to you at other times too but you're too active to notice it. I'm wondering if the daily doses of MoM are good for you though. I manage my intestinal health with high fiber. Can't stand to get things backed up or my heart will protest. OK, maybe too much information. Anyone else know about MoM and how long a person can take it?
