The result is

Procedure:CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY

With slow flow distally.D1 & D2 appears normal.

LCX           -: non-dominant vessel shows 50% stenosis in its distal segment.
sizeable high OM shows 70% stenosis in its proximal segment.

RCA          -: dominant vessel showing proximal 50%long plaque.
                    PDA and PLV are normal

RENTAL ARTERIES: right renal artery & left renal artery appear normal.

LIMA/RIMA : is normal

RECOMMENDATION:    IHD –multi vessel CAD
                                            Critical LAD stenosis,
                                           Suggest PTCA stent to LAD

kindly give your views whether the angioplast is nessecary or it can be handeled with medicine.

my opinion is that 90% is high and should be treated. Not knowing how fast his disease is progressing, nobody can say how long it will be before it is totally blocked.
The obtuse marginal also looks a bit high, 70% but in his case this is not dominant, this
area of the heart is mainly fed by the right coronary artery.
His arteries are not bad for his age,
