Heart dises

i had angeiogram,Resulnt are :type III vessel:ostioproximal segments shows 50% stenosis due to soft plaque.
Diagonals: Normal
Left circumflex coronary artery: Dominant: Normal
                                                     OM1,OM2-normal
Right coronary artery(Left) :  normal
Posterior left ventricular artery(left): normal
So please reply me i need any treatment.Iam age of 36 male.

Have you had a stress test? Where you walk on a treadmill machine and your heart is monitored as they increase the exercise level ?

Dear sir,
            I have no problem now some time in heart area little pain for few seconds and Left hand is slightly pain?And they are not tell to do Angio i only do?Now what i want to do? And also i not fell well some lazy in my body any medicine for this.

Not as yet. However, the 50% blockage will likely grow in size and cause symptoms at some time in the future. Why did they do an angiogram? do you have symptoms now?
