Heart electric

Is there such a thing as the heart only getting electric only on one side of the heart therefore not be able to establish ryhthm.

There is such a thing as a bundle branch block, left or right, which is where the signal usually runs along. These cells can be damaged and non-functional for certain reasons, but the signal still usually finds its way through, using normal cells. However, the timing is a bit out because it takes longer for the signal to reach all the heart cells on that side. Timing is commonly within limits still.
