Heart issues Via tests

Hello,In April 03 I was told that I have cardiomyapathy,in Sep.03 possible Mild Hert attack,In 04 had chest pains again,Dr.at Hosp,said I had to stay the night heart was all over the place,next morning he yelled at me telling never to go to er if I had chest pains,even though he was part of 2 heart Dr's that told me I had this condition,sent me to heart failure clinic,alot of meds.Continued to have problems with chest pains since,Then In May 07 was in VA Hosp.Heart rate 189 BPM.confusion,chest pains,dizzyness,loss of balance severe fatique,couldnt hardly walk 15-20 ft.for a few days,I've had worse problems last few months,still dizzy spells,black outs,chest pains.In 07 X-ray showed arteries on right side of Hart enlarged possibly due to Chronic Pulmonary arterial Hypertension,Recent Heart Dr.wrote onpaper,Bruit known disease,sent me for stress test,again,last 1 showed bowel under sternum blocking part of test,recent Heart dr.sent me for carotid sonagram,showed in 07 slight carotid disease wife still swears in 07 I had mini stroke came out was misspelling words making totally no sense when writting emails,I hav Severe fatique,I did get numbness in 07 after discharge from top of head down to bottom of cheeks,and then i totally blacked out then i spent another 12 days in Hospital.Totally confused on what all could be going on
