Heart problem?

I am 24 Years old. Few days back I had some pain in chest and after that i had severe pain on left side of my back near the shoulder and ranging till my left elbow. Sometimes I even feel short of breathe while I am sitting. I want to know whether these are symptoms of some heart disease.? If yes, then what test should I take up?

This forum is not meant for direct medical advice.  I would recommend seeing your primary doctor so that you can be evaluated.  Given that you are young, your risk of heart disease is low.  There are other things beside the heart that can cause chest pain as well.  That being said, it's always good to go get checked out.  You doctor can fully evaluate you when he/she sees you.
