Heart replacement valves

I have a st Jude Aortic valve and a Pomanary Carpinter Edwards valve I have had the Aotic valve since 1992 the Carpenter Edwards valve since 2002 my Question is How long do they last ? I'm now haveing signs of the pressure in my RV is elavated. is this a sign of the valve weaking and would they replace it in a 66 year old woman who has had four open heart surgries so far ? Thank you for your help.
