Heart skips

I am 51 years old and have had palpitations for years with aniexty but now in recent months have had a skipping feeling with my heart.  I am on betablockers for hypertension 50 mg in morning and 25 a night.  I also take lipitor for high cholestrol ( family history)  I also take rhodiola rosea extract, omega 3-6-9, and kyolic aged garlic extract.  I stopped taking my b-complex thinging maybe that was to strong for me and making my heart skip.  I do drink coffee every morning with splenda and now I am wondering about that.

I have had stress test, dopamine test before my hysterectomy, and recently a heart monitor.  I also have checked my thyroid and magnesium level.  The doctor has not contacted me on any of the test and I am scheduled to see him this week.  He thinks that my heart is skipping becuz thats how I am made.  I do have a heart murmur as well.

For the last 3 months I walk 2.5 miles on the treadmill @ 3.4 mpr 5-6 times a week.

What do you think I would love to hear from you as this condition seems to be getting worse than better
