Heart spasms that last longer than a few minutes

I have been diagnosed with heart spasms and have no blockages at all in my heart.  I am currently on nitrates and calcium blocker.  The question is the spasms are still going on and the pain is going up the neck and has made my left eye drupe down from all of the attacks, is there any hope that the pain will go away?  Or is there a way to prevent the attacks.  This has been going on for over two years now and it is actually getting worse.  I can be at work or sitting at home when the spell hits.

I too have heart spasms and take an aresenal of meds.  You sound like you have a slight case of Bell's Palsy {BP} with your eye drooping.  If it is indeed BP, it will or most likely will return to normal.  These attacks happen when they feel like it, but if you try a somewhat stress free life style, they don't happen as often.  You didn't say what meds you are on, but ranexa and plavix is what i mainly take with several other meds and now, I have angina but not as often as I had heart spasms.  You should look into a cardiologist, an internal medicine doctor and ask for something to relax you  perhaps, your GP will have a suggestion for you.  Good Luck
