Heart stopped during stent insertion

I had three stents inserted and then one inserted. Surgeries were done a week apart. I am 64 and had fairly unsuccessful and lengthya double bypass 14 months ago Widow maker and right circumflex. Never had a heart attack. During the second surgery, my heart stopped for some seconds . Cessation was preceeded by maxium pain to the left of my heart, even on morphine. Eyes rolled back etc felt leaving phenomena. No chemical or drug intervention was necessary to restart. I sat up a bit when my heart restarted itself. My enzymes are "normal". Alertness seems to have suffered a bit. The LAD is still blocked a bit at the bottom. The stoppage occured during this stent insertion. Long term effects? Is there a new fix for the lower LAD blockage? Still considering this restart as unusual and a miracle.
