if you have bolts of heat usually hitting you or waking up and feeling dizzy or turning almost purple. i have a heart virus and probably feel your pain. so you can have a virus also. i wake up and my head is throboing in pain of headaches, i also feel dizzy and has a high pitched fever in the morning. why today my temp. was 102.9, and my doctor told me that it was a heart virus. and i have a question. do you know if you can have a good and bad news virus?
I haven't been told of a virus. How long have you had this and what is a good and bad news virus. How do they detect this. Does it go away? I don't have fever. I'll ask my doctor about it.
i don't know how long i had it, i just went for a doctor's check-up yesturday. a good news virus is if you don't have it a serious heart virus, a bad news virus is if you virus is really really serious, as if you were going to die from it. the doctors usually detect it by using thier stentiscope. no it does not go away, although you could probably treat it though.
Sounds like anxiety my dear. People can have anxiety attacks with out them being triggered by some event. I'm an EMT and I see it all the time. I actually experienced one not to long ago and it was horrible. Just driving along and felt like the world was closing in on me. The key give away is the arm numbness. Unless you are having a stroke or Bells Palsy, which manifest different signs and symptoms. Did your hands feel like they were starting to cramp up at all? It's good that you had the whole cardiac work up done though. Keep an eye on it, see if there are certain times of the day that trigger it. Certain foods, beverages, family memebers? lol. If it gets worse, definately go in for more tests. Good luck to you!
reenbean,
Referring to a "heart virus" as a "good" or "bad" virus is confusing. I'm not sure what you are referring to, but you may want to clarify (in medical terms) with your doctor.
sonia,
I tend to agree with the EMT : )
Sounds like you've had a very thorough workup. If you're still concerned about the symptoms, talk with your doctor about how to manage the symptoms. For a little extra reassurance, you may want to ask your doctor if you could wear an event monitor. That way, you could record what your heart is doing at the time of the symptoms. Does your doctor feel it is anxiety?
Doctor hasn't told me it's anxiety. I go on Wednesday to see him again, though. I should get all the results on my stress test and carotid sonogram. Will let you know. :)
REALLY? :)
