Heart valves

I am 54 years old and have had three heart attacks since 2001. I have had 7 bypasses, a pacemaker implant, and the most recent problems are three valves that are regurgitating. I had a mitral valve regurgitating for over a year but after a echocardiogram a month ago they saw that the mitral, tricuspid, and aortic valves are doing it to. I am not the best candidate for surgery but I don't want one of these valves to cut loose either. How do I know or how will I feel to know if they are worse. I already fatigued very easy and am on nitro patches for chronic angina. I take Toprol XL 50mg twice a day along with 5mg Norvasc and 2 1/2 mg Altace, and two 81mg aspirin. If more then one valve goes or gets bad at once can they replace two or three at one time. I guess I need to mention I have had bad plueral effusions after bypass surgery and in 2004 I had a stroke due to a blood clot. I also do take 80mg Torsimide to remove fluid. Could you please give me some insight. Would a surgery involving more then one valve be more risky here or would it be better at the Cleveland Clinic?  I live near Lafayette, In.
