Heartaches

I have been experiencing what I call "heart aches".This feeling occurs only when I use any sort of quick exertion like walking up the stairs. It does not occur when I'm sleeping or when I'm walking my one mile a day (casually) walk.I use to and occassionally get a very sore neck and upper shoulder soreness, not pain. If I do not exert myself all day,I will not have any heart aches.I am also experiencing heartburn after each meal. That's the problem I've been having for the past two and a half months. I've been to numerous doctors and had many tests performed only to find out that it's not my heart,it's not my neck arthritis,it's not my brain.The only test that came back negative and they just SUSPECT that I may have is Autonomic Nervous System Dysfunction. (ANSD). Other Doctors said it may be from stress.However I have such a wonderful life that I tend to doubt that even though the Doctor(s) said stress just "comes on". You do not have to have an emotional event to bring on stress.Who out there has experienced similar symptoms to mine?
