Hi,
My annual check-up says my heart is OK. I am 58 years old. Every time after jogging for an hour at around 7km/hour found my heart beat can get up 155 per min. but I still breathBreath alcohol test Breath holding spell Breath odor normally. Anyway after I stop jogging I found my heart beat will go down to around 100/min and stay there for a few hours. My breathing is quite normalNormal saline flush. Is there any reason why my heart beat is so high for such a long time after exercise?
