Heavy Arms
I do not have ins.to go to a Dr. so I'm wondering if someone can help me figure out why I experience heavy arms once in a while? About every 2 months?

There can be many reasons why someone can have heavy arms. Generally speaking, in a person with risk factors for heart disease (smoker, a patient with associated diseases such as elevated blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, older age, etc) symptoms of heavy arms, especially associated with physical activity would be concerning for heart disease. There are typically free medical clinics in every city, you may just have to seek it out in your area so an experienced healthcare provider can evaluate you to determine the specifics of your symptoms as well as your underlying risk.
