Help needed ASAP please

Hi all don't wer to start so I'll give u a bit of background info. I'm 22 year old male from uk pretty fit and athletic, although my diet varies between s good diet and a bad one. Drink regularly usually a Saturday night usually 3 times a  month wer I binge heavily on all sorts of spirits and shots, When out in the town. i have used cocaine not heavily and not that frequently less than once a month over a 2 year period. I have now given up both drinking going on two weeks now and drugs going on 2 months. Also in september i went on holiday for a week where i drank no stop for a week and used ecstacy 1/2 times firstvand last time id ever do this also had very little sleep. When i came back from holiday i felt dizzy so went to the drs and told them about the drink and drugs on holiday and my symptoms bp and heart rate wer taking and they said dont drink for 2 weeks, so i never and the symptoms went. Then my problems really started last month (november) when I was eating my dinner I experienced a thud in my chest it continued through the night so I went to the hospital the next day had ECG done and blood tests ended up being diagnosed with ectopic beat by a junior dr who referred me to the cardiologist in the hospital I had further ECG and blood test again along with chest x ray all came back fine and was told I had an ectopic beat. I was asked about my lifestyle and I told them but I didn't mention the drugs or holiday.I didn't think they would have any effect as last time used cocaine was 4/5 weeks before I experienced these ectopic beats. I still get them in runs they get bad for a couple of days then cease or at least I dont notice them. I still also get symptoms of heaviness around my heart generally after I ate so possibly gas related? Also sometimes get a gurgling sensatins around my heart. Also i get sharp shooting pains in the centre  of my chest just to the left of my breat bone, I have know idea why these are happening please help I'm really scared. Should I go back to hospital. They seem to think I'm fine ive been seen by 4 drs 3 junior and 1 cardiologist also say the same thing and sEem a bit mad I keep going to a and e with it. They said its anxiety related and any further problem to see my go at the local dr surgery.

Please help me I'm anxious and scared :( I fear the worst

What you have is normal and not dangerous. If you have been seen by 4 docs I would think you are fine, however you need to get checked out if you feel there is an issue, you know your body best.

My opinion would be that you can trust what you've been told. Ectopic beats or PVCs are harmless, just very annoying. One of the triggers that make them worse is eating which would explain the timing. They can come of for hours or days or weeks and then go away for a long period just to return. The type of drugs you took can cause issues with heart rhythm, so you need to stay away from them as they will only make you worse off, a poor price to pay for a few moments of pleasure. Also, keep the drinking down to a minimum as that is also a trigger to set these off.

Follow you doctor's advice and you'll be fine.

Thanks for the advice Jon in sincerely grateful. I forgot to mention I had an patient activated recorder fited to my chest for 24 hours . I'm just so scared there an underlying issue

Whoa!  You need to get some serious help with regard to your drug and alcohol situation.  Cocaine, ecstacy, and alcohol are all dangerous to your health.  Smoking cigarettes and marijuana is also not good for your heart.    Immedately stop all drug and alcohol use--your life depends on it.  Heart rythm problems will become worse if you continue this type of lifestyle.  Please take care of your body.  I will pray for you.

Thank you I will take drugs again and probably alcohol for the matter. I've never been addicted to drugs and often turn it down, just sometime social pressure geor the better of me. I plan on telling my dr and my mum about what I've done I just find it hard breaking it to them. I'm so scared and anxiety is killing and I'm not eating or sleeping and have a massive OCD symptom searching. Always been prone to worrying though

The ectopic beats, PAC's and PVC's all normal.  The ECG and echo's would have picked up on an abnormality - even though the Docs were unaware of the drugs, etc. so I think you can rest assured that your heart is structurally normal and fine.

The pain and pressure in the sternum-area can very well be acid reflux.  You can test it by drinking over the counter meds like Gaviscon, Zantac - next time you get the pain.  And if it is GERD (reflux) it should help for that.

The anxiety will make the irregular heart beats and reflux worse, so if you don't do anything to cause harm to yourself (like taking drugs) you will have nothing to worry about and even the anxiety will get better.

If all of your symptoms persists, it is best to see an Internist/Specialist Physician as he can check heart, reflux, etc.
