Help with irregular heart beats

I really need some advice. I am a 28 year old female and have been having funky heart beats since I was 22 years old, however they were few and far between. I can deal with the hard thumps but the one that flutters deep down that takes you breath away and makes you sick to your stomach are the ones that I can not deal with. This use to happen so rare but now forthe past 3 months I have been having them all the all the time (a few per every few min for hours on end). I wore a monitor that said they were early beats sometimes 2 in a row (pvcs). I also started having this new one where it just feels like my heart stops and takes my breath away which according to the monitor they were PACS not as scary as the other but worriesome and I notice that I have these now all the time too. All my test so far have came back good and I had an EP study in 2004 where they unable to induce anything that lasted more then a few seconds. I have also noticed that now when at rest my heart is beating fast and hard. I tried so hard to deal with this but its taken a toll and now 24 7 I am in constant worry and keep myself awake as long as I can. One morning I had this thing at 5am where my heart took off very fast and did not feel right but it only lasted 10 or 15 seconds and you can feel it when it goes back to normal like its having a hard time. I have only had that 4 times that I can recall but it too is very scary. Anyone out there have these feelings? I bought some supplements called Rhythm Right that have a little of everything in them, has anyone tried these and have success? My doctor gave me 50mg flecnide?? not sure about the spelling but I am afraid to take. Pottisum tested a little low 3.3 could that be causing the issue? Not sure that its low enough. My life is going down hill, I am so afraid please someone help me, advice, suggestions, anything.. I am not an anxious person but I have been going through so much with my body latley and these beats are really freaking me out.

Hey there, girl.  I have had you on my mind a lot lately.  Wondering how you were doing, and then I saw this post.  I am so sorry you are still dealing with all of this.  Did your doctor prescribe a beta blocker also?  Did you ever start taking that?  It might help you.  Anyway, I came across this older post and thought of you.

Hey there:)

Yes he gave me Toprol but it did not work for me just made me sleepy so he gave me this new one. I filled the script but I dont know if I will take it because I am afraid of the side efects. All this is on going and its getting worse over time. I am at the point where I am afraid to sleep and leave my home. I am suppose to go back to work on Monday and I just dont know how I am going to do with that. I am in fear that this will cause me to lose my job and maybe even my family, thats how bad it is. I try so hard not to stress over this but it is much easier said then done. I am just looking for someone who has gone through this and has any ideas on what may help.
