Help with my 2d Echo results? Preserved Left Ventricular Systolic Function?

Hi! I just wanna ask about my 2d echo results.

Interpretation
-Normal left ventricular geometry with adequate wall motion with preserved left ventricular systolic function
-Left atrium,right atrium and right ventricle are normal in size.
-Normal tricuspid valve,pulmonic valve,mitral valve and aortic valve.
-No thrombus nor pericardial effusion noted.

Doppler Study
-Pulmonary artery pressure 16
-No abnormal color flow across the valves

CONCLUSION
1. Normal left ventricular geometry with adequate wall motion with preserved left ventricular systolic function
2. Normal pulmonary artery pressure
