Sorry but this is out of my field of expertise.  I don't know of any connection between heart pains and anorgasmia nor of a certain heart rate range required for orgasm.  There may be an autonomic nervous system problem so perhaps seeing someone in that field would be helpful.  Dr.  Fouad is the specialist in that area here and your local University hospital should have someone who is trained in autonomics.  I hope you find some answers.
