Have you measured your height lately to see if you have started growing again? Growing pains can be severe in your legs. A lot of girls will grow up until age 20. Usually, there is a decline around age 14 and then the growth starts again to add at least another inch or two. If you start noticing knobs on your finger joints this would be a sign of RA. The blood test for RA usually will come back negative until the person has had RA for quite some time. If the leg pain persists you will need to see your doctor.
