Hemicrania Continua- possible misdiagnosis?

Hemicrania Continua- possible misdiagnosis?

Hello, my name is Aaron and I am a 20 year old male, weight about 170 and height is 5'10''. For about three months, my life has been somewhat of a living hell. It all started around the middle of may when I began to feel a tightness on the left side of my chest. This tight/pressure feeling comes and goes at times but it has never gone away. Soon after that I began to notice my left arm getting tingly and weak. Soon after the left arm weakness, I went to the emergency room because I was sort of freaking out, thinking it could be a heart attack or something. I was given an EKG and a chest xray, both tests normal. They also did some blood tests, all seemed normal, cholesterol was 180. I was sent home with a clean bill of health.
About a week or so after this I started having another symptom, which was a chronic headache that never goes away. The headache is only on the left side of my head. My right hemisphere feels completely normal, and my entire left hemisphere is achy/fuzzy and I can just generally feel that something is wrong. Soon after this symptom, I saw another doctor and was ordered a CT scan with and without contrast, which also came back normal. Maybe a month or so after the headache started I started noticing that my left leg was getting weak/tingly as well. This weak/tingly feeling has now taken over the entire left side of my body. This muscle weakness is basically preventing me from working out because I cannot do a real workout anymore. My left side of my body will just get extremely sore and fatigued, while the muscles on the right side of my body feel like they can go forever.
I decided to see a different doctor and was eventually referred to a neurologist. When I went to see the neuro, I described all of my symptoms, the weakness on the left side of my body, the headache, and the tightness/pressure feeling on the left side of my chest. The neurologist told me that she thinks I have hemicrania continua, which from my understanding is a unilateral headache with moderate severity that does not go away. At first this sounded like what I had, but Im not so sure anymore, especially because all of the other symptoms I am experiencing(muscle weakness on one side of body and chest pressure), are not listed under symptoms of hemicrania continua. Also, many of the symptoms of Hemicrania Continua, such as eye redness and runny nose, I have not experienced. The doctor prescribed me 25 mg indomethacin 3x daily, and I have been taking the medication for 2 days now, with no noticed changes. Is it likely that I have hemicrania continua even though I have a long list of symptoms that do not seem to be related to the disorder?

Is it possible that my problems could be due to a blood clot, or poor blood flow or something along those lines? I was obese as a child and a teen, maxing out at 240 lbs when I was 16. I am now down to a healthy 170, and up until I began to get sick I felt really healthy. I am just really concerned because my father has a history of heart problems, and had to have an angioplasty at age 43, and he was a normal weight his whole life. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
