Hi there..need answer ASAP for my friend..

Hi Im Evanz. I got a question for you guys but i dont know where to go so i just go here. And i dont know what kind of disease or sickness my friend has but il tell you the symptoms. She is 17 years old turning 18 next month. Her symptoms started just two or three weeks ago. Her symptoms was: fainting immediately, after she fainted, she feels weak, cannot balance herself, cannot walk so we have to carry her or assist her and cannot remember anything what happened. But after that episode, she feels strong again and can walk. it seems like nothings happened. the first time it happened, we thought its only exhaustion,lack of sleep and stress from school or she didnt eat, but tonight she fainted again and she rest fine, she ate well and shes not tired but she fainted again.Her mom told us when she got into the emergency room one time and do all the works, her blood count is fine so does her vitals. her CT scan of her head is negative and i dont know about her EEG and Cardio test Because they havent got the results yet. But do you guys think that there is a possible connection to her heart or the circulation or its the brain function or the neurons or nervous system? we want to know your answer ASAP..plsss for the sake of our friend..you can email me at   dark_mikagami02***@****..

Has her iron been checked?  What is she doing just before she faints?  When blood pressure drops, a person can faint.  Young people are more prone to fainting as sometimes their heart will beat fast or differently.  I was a fainter myself and would faint a lot especially during the summer when I was younger.  The doctors found nothing wrong with me.
