High Blood Pressure High Pulse Rate

by chiboi993, Nov 10, 2009 01:15PM
I have been dealing with High Blood Pressure and High Pulse Rate and have been monitoring for the past 9 days approximately and are the following.
11-01-09  167/104/96
11-03-09  1664/105/105
11-03-09  178/106/91
11-04-09  153/98/88
11-05-09  152/96/130
11-06-09  162/98/94
11-09-09  170/99/105
11-10-09  165/97/113

For the past couple of days I have been taking a homeopathic med called Holy Basil (happy pills) and Garlic.  My pressure has come down a tiny bit, but now I am concerned about my high pulse rate.  I am in a very high stress job at a call center for T-Mobile and it is constant.  Please give me some other ways of helping me get it lower in a natural way.  My doctor is already giving me this opportunity to attempt to get it down with homeopathic remedies.

Thanks,

D

The only effective "natural" (without meds) way to lowe blood pressure is to eliminate your stress, exercise on a daily basis (at least 5 times per week) and lose weight if applicable, eat more servings of fruit and vegetables (look up DASH diet on google) and limit salt intake.
