First-testosterone mc there is no risk to the fetus to have a elevated cholesterol and it will in no way determine his/her cholesterol or risk of heart disease. As for you the progression of heart blockages is very slow taking many years. Nine or so months off the medication will not increase the progression of any plaque buildup significantly.
