High Diastolic Low Systolic

by Mandy532, Jun 19, 2009 11:24AM
Hello,

My son is 16 years old.  In the day his blood pressure is about 140 to 150 / 70

At night his blood pressure is raised to 170 to 180 / 70

What could be the cause of this?

sorry forgot to mention that it is also higher when taken on his right arm than when taken on his left arm.  About 20 higher.  Is this normal?
