High MPV

Hello I am a 37 old female and I recently did my routine blood work and I noticed my MPV was 11.7 which according to the graph on my lab results normal is 7.5-11.5. I kinda freaked out and did some internet research and it states high MPV is likely to be at risk for heart attack or stroke. My question is am I at a high risk for heart attack I did schedule an appt with my physician but it's not til in 2 weeks and I kind of need answers now. Thanks in advance
