High Systolic Low Dia

I checked my numbers today 143/63
This came as very strange for me because I'm 21 and exercise regularly. I eat healthy for the most part and don't drink caffeine. I've been trying to control it by eating less salt, but I get these tingling sensations in various parts of my body. I've also been getting mild headaches. So what is the recommended actions?

Oh also I should add that two days ago, my numbers were 135/70
so im not sure how consistent my numbers are. But my systolic is still high

Well, I dont see any numbers to be really concerned about. Yes there are national average guidelines, but there are millions who don't fall into that catagory. One thing that may cause a rise is anxiety. There is a group of people who worry but are not even aware that they worry. Certainly someone who is so young that constantly monitors their blood pressure and checks everything in their diet is anxious in my books.

My numbers have been 156/57. Im on three new meds and a patch but itthe top number  doesn't want to come down. Is it wright to just keep adding  blood pressure meds instead of seeing what works.  They just seem to want to keep adding more. Does anyone have that problem.
