High-blood Pressure symptoms

My husband is a 32 year old man with a history of heart disease in his family (his father had a heart attack at 56) and has been experiencing some light-headed and dizziness at work. He works in a kitchen, in a hot environment and this had never occured before to this measure. Is this symptomatic of high-blood pressure? And what are some treatment options if this is the case?

im no doc  Ive had heart attacks and open heart surgery Im 48 there is no familly history of heart problems in my familly.  i also have high b;oodpressure went untreated for years and years now i have a slightly enlarged heart.  Kinda sounds dehydration but you can get a blood pressure mavchine at walmart or walgeens etc.  normal blood pressure is
120/80.    there are no real signs of bloodpressure until it becomes a problem get the machine doesnt cost too much.  I use machine everyday.
