High blood pressure, low pulse

I had mild heart attack in May 2009.
Angiogram in May 2009: result was 40% blockadge in one artery.
Angiogram in June 2009: Same as above.
I was prescribed following:
1. Aspirin 81 mg once a day for lofe long
2. Plavix  75 mg once a day for 6 months
3. Ramipril 5 mg once a day for 6 months
4. Monocor  7.5 mg once a day for 6 months
5. Lipitor  80 mg once a day 6 months.

Plavix is stopped by doctor in last December.
Now Since march 2010,
In place of Ramipril I have been prescribed Lisinopril 20 mg twice a day
I still take Aspirin 81 mg once a day
I still take One Lipitor every day.
When discussed with doctor he suggested to reduce or stop Monocor, as I was not comfortable with that.
even if I bend my self to pick up something I used to have Blood pressure (systolic) increased to 150 or above with dystolic not beyond 100 and pulse goes down below 65.

Sometimes at night while sleeping I have high blood pressure.
at that time also systolic goes above 175 while dystolic stays mostly below 100 and pulse goes down below 65 some times below 60 ! at the same times I halways have severe headache. I feel like this will burst my head. At every pulse I feel this pressure in my head whenever this happens.

Sometimes when I walk for 2 KMs, I have no symptoms as described above.
Sometimes even if if I Bath quickly and get ready for work quickly I get high BP.
Once or twice I had these symptoms while doing normal breathing excercise. Then I stopeed doing that.
I can not lift weight and walk.
I am suggested by freinds and doctor to go for walk everyday but I am scared if I will have these symptoms what I will do if I am alone ?
In diet, I do not take any fatty foods since May 2009. Never take red meat. Also have minimal oily food.

When I ask my family doctor he always says this is gonna happen life time. Because of medication, it is under control.
