High blood pressure and Gerd

Can untreated Gerd or a Hital hernia cause High Blood pressure?

Dear Sir,
I am undergoing the treatment for High Blood Pressure, Age :47
Not regularly taking medicine for the same
All of a sudden sitting in the office and lost the sight for some time,
went to the doctor treated with advise of TMT which got positive IN
and asked for the coronary angiography.
The another issue is that I am having constipation and since i take food i get the food back to thepipe which doctor called me GERD. I am taking medicine althoughthe same thing happens again when ever I eat within 3 to 4 minutesthe food along with the raw pieces along with some sticky substance and water come up to the food pipe again. Some time when I eat leafy vegetables I do get pain in stomach and
I am feared this is first issue other than the High Blood Pressure
I am worried whether something wrong with my stomach or food pipe
I also immediately dont drink water when I fiinish my lunch / dinner.
I have also tried to change my eating habits i.e. slow eating chewing properly.

KINDLY ADVISE SIR so that with proper diagnosis I can be treated
