I'm only 18 and in great physical shape.  My resting BP this am was 145/79.  I think I need to get into my primary care physician asap.  Do you concure?

Yes I would have it checked at least twice and if still at this level or higher get tested and treated for secondary causes of hypertension, such as Cushin'g syndrome, Conn's syndrome or pheochromocytoma.
