Holter Monitor Report, what does it mean?

I had a holter monitor after an ablation.  I got a copy of the report and do not understand what this means.  Could you explain what kind of heart arrythmia this is.  Is is PVC's PAAC's or something else?
Monitoring begand at 10:46 am and continued for 25 hours.  The average heartrate was 91 BPM with the minimum rate, at 60 BPM and the maximum rate, at 147 BPM.
Ventriculaar ectopic activity consisted of 65 beats, including 1 run, 3 couplets, and the remaining 55 were single beats.  Ventricular beats occurred at the rate of 2.9 VEs per hour.  The longest and fastest ventricular run occurred at 10:11 am consisting of 4 beats and averaging 90 beats per minute.
The patients rythm incloued 2 minutes 25 seconds of tachycardia, 6 seconds of bradycardia.  The longest single episode of tachycardia occured at 7:45am, lasting 22 seconds and averaging 146 BPM.  The longest single episode of bradycardia occurred at 5:43am, lasting 6 seconds and averaging 60 BPM.
Conclusions
1)  The patient was in sinus rythm throughout with rates from 60 to 147 BPM.
2)  Ventricular ectopic beats consisted of frequent multiformed beats with episodes of couplets and ventricular tachycardia.
3) No supraventricular activity
4) Associated with palpations and lighheadness was ventricular ectopy.

My questions is, is this abnormal?  What does the ventricular tachycardia mean when they say I was in normal sinus rythm throughout?  Just exactly is ventricular ectopic beats?  What is the medical term for this arrythmia?
What symptoms if any can this arrythmia cause?
I thank you so much for your time in responding to my message, you have been a great help to me.
Have a great day and weekend.
