Holter results

My last holter read aa following: Baseline rhythm is sinus, normal chronotropic  response, 10% AF, heart beat  min 49 max 182bpm, no pause longer than 3 sec. QRS morhology was normal, infrequent attrial ectopic, highest grade detected isolatted atrail ectopic, no. ventricular ectopic, Av conduction was normal, QT interval was normal no.significant ST deviation. Conclusion Paroxymal AF.

Can you give me an interpretation of the above results in
plain English? Anything here to be too concerned about, etc?

Thank you very much...

It was normal, other than that you have short episodes of atrial fibrillation. This could be the cause of symptoms such as palpitations. Medical therapy may be warranted, if you have symptoms - this is something to bring up with your doctor.
