How can I know if I have a clogged/blocked artery?

Title says it all.  If anyone has input on this, I would really appreciate it.
I'm 29.  LDL is 128.  HDL is 40.  Total Chol is 200.  Trigs are 178.
I've been having problems (tachy, light-headedness, SOB, some chest pain) and after 4 weeks we can't figure out what's going on.  Maybe my arteries are clogged?

Any input is appreciated.

The symptoms you describe are associated with those of atherosclerosis. The important thing is WHEN you get those symptoms. If you are sitting in a chair and relaxed, then those symptoms are likely to be something else. If you imagine an engine with its fuel line, it wont notice if you squeeze it 50% when just in idle mode. However, if you increase the revs considerably, it will start to splutter. It's the same with atherosclerosis. The more you work your heart, the more fuel it needs and the more you notice artery disease.
If you exercise and feel the symptoms, it should also follow that relaxing should make the symptoms go away.
It's rare for someone your age to have problems from atherosclerosis, which is on your side. There are stress tests which can detect if you are having ischemia. The heart is exercised until it reaches your maximum rate, then a scan is performed. This will reveal any impairment of the heart.

I will run the idea of a stress test by my cardiologist soon.
