I've heard grape juice and/or red wine is good in raising your hdl levels.  How much grape juice is recommended as I'm not a big fan of red wine.

There are no recommendations per se.  A half a glass of red wine a day is often quoted as being beneficial so I suppose the same would apply to grape juice although there is no data on this.
