How to Interpret or understand ANGIOGRAPY REPORT

hi,
My dad had undergone coronary angiography on 31.08.2007. The report is as follows-
AGE:-54
SEX:MALE
LOCATION:INDIA
DATE:31.08.2007

LMCA            : NORMAL
LAD               : TYPE III VESSEL,90% STENOSIS AFTER LARGE S1-2
DIAGONAL  : NORMAL, SMALL VESSEL
LCX               : NORMAL
OMs               :90% STENOSIS PROX. PART OF LARGE OM
RCA               : DOMINANT, TOTAL OCCLUSION MID PART WITHE  BRIDGING                                                COLLATERALS
PDA                : SEVERE STENOSIS PROX. PART

SUGGEST     : CABG

Can you please tell me what all this means or give some websites where i can get the above information. How serious it is? How soon CABG should be done? And any other information you think I should know.

I appreciate any help in this regard.
