How to increase EF %

My age is 34 years and I have cardiac arrest in Feb 2006, that time my EF was 35 %, LVEF was normal, Homosystine level was 31%, at present my EF is 40%, LVEF is normal, so how can I imrpove my EF Function at 55-60%

Before answering that question we need more information. What caused the arrest? Was any permanent heart damage a result?
