Hypertension - High Systolic Low Diastolic

Hello,

I take medications to lower Blood Pressure but all they do is lower my Diastolic BP, for example, right now I have 140/57. So I obviously feel palpitations. I have undergone EKG, Echo, Blood tests several times and its all "fine".

Any idea why I could have such high/low BP?
