Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

I was diagnosed with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy aproximately 15 years ago.  My most recent echo showed an increase in septal wall thickness from 1.4 cm to 1.9 cm. The echo showed a resting gradiant of 0 and an inducible gradiant of 150 with mild mitral valve regurgitation.  Recently I have been having a lot of fatigue.  This essentially is my only symptom.  My question is could the fatigue be related to the heart pathology.  Thank you
