with virtually no information it is hard to answer your question.  T wave refers to part of the electrical pattern observed on an ECG and inferior ischemia means that there is a restricted blood flow to inferior part of heart.  That said:  was this an exercise stress test?  probably not since you went 40 minutes.  Where is this diagnosis coming from?  At minimum you need an ECG and a CTA scan or heart cath to accurately make that diagnosis.  There is no question that your BP and Mg levels need to be corrected.  How is your A1C level?
