I am doctor with mitral reurg

Hello , good day for you
I am a doctor and I had previously MVP  progress to mitral regurg since  9 years ( now become moderate - severe degree) .I had a palpitation  , exertional dyspnea   only
Please can  inform me which type of drugs taken (beta blockers and or ACE inhibitors )
Special question about use selective or non selective beta blockers  with  ACE inhibitors
And special question about use of angitensin blocker drugs like Diovan and its dose and finally
About the need for surgery in the future & if avilable in your place and its cost
