I am worry about my heart

Please I need your help,I feel a heart pain time to time on my left hand side, after I did an ECG and 2 months later I did a Transthoracic echocardiogram physiological measurement  ,my GP told me that the result was fine ,he told me maybe only stress.
Please these two test are enough to know that I don't have a heart problem?

An ECG can suggest whether you are actively having a heart attack or if you have had a heart attack in the past. However, that is not 100%. Some heart attacks don't show up on ECGs, based on what part of the heart they affect.

An echocardiogram looks at heart function, and can show if you've had a heart attack in the past based on affected walls not contracting as well as normal walls.

Certain chest pains are more worrisome than others, and we judge their relationship to the heart based on the company they keep. For example, if your pain is worse with exertion, then it is more concerning for cardiac chest pain. However, if the pain happens at rest and doesn't get worse with exertion, that would be pretty atypical for cardiac chest pain. That doesn't mean that cardiac chest pain can't happen at rest, it just means that it would be worsened by exertion also. If you also feel nauseated, sweaty, or short of breath, that is concerning for cardiac chest pain. If the pain spreads to your left arm or shoulder or jaw, that is concerning for cardiac chest pain.

Talk to your doctor about your pain. If it is truly concerning for cardiac chest pain, or if you need further reassurance, you could have a stress test, which is better at ruling out cardiac chest pain.
