I can't find a suitable forum for this queastion

I am sorry, but I can't find the right forum for this queastion, hope you can help.
I recently had a sinus cat scan, but moved before i was able to get it check by a doctor, now my insurance doesn't become effective for 2 more months.  Could you please tell me what this means.  And can it affect my vision. (like pressure from right over eyes-makes it hard to focus-)

BIPLANE LATERAL SINUS CT_
The nasal septum is deviated mildly from left to right mostly in it's mid portion. There is a small concha bullosa involving the left middle turbine. There is mild enlargement of both of the inferior turbines. The right ostial meatal complex is normal, that on the left apperars to be mildly deformed and not clearly patent.
The bony walls of the optic recesses appear intact bilaterally. The floor of the anterior cranial fossa is moderately deep, however, the bony floor is intact.
The paranasal sinuses are well aerated with intact bony walls through out.
Thank You very much!!!!

Sorry, but that's out of my area of expertise.  A good ENT doctor should be able to help you.  Good luck.
