I have chest pain, & shortness of breath, please help me understand my ECG results

The doctors were concerned about me having a PE after having a major surgery procedure and they tested me for PE. I don't hav a PE. They said that I am full of swollen Lympnodes in my chest area and my spleen is very enlarged.
I just went in for a stress test recently. Here is my most recent ECG Report. Can someone please explain to me in basic terminology what my ECG is showing please?

They did a ECG before my surgery and after my surgery.
I went to the ER for chest pain and this is what the most recent ECG is saying:

*Nonspecific ST-T abnormalities, myocardial ischemia may be contributory
*Decreased anterior R waves may reflect anterior wall damage.
*ST segment elevation; distinction between myocardial injury and a normal variant requires     clinical correlation.
*Compared to 05/20/11 poor R wave progression is new.
***Abnormal ECG***

So what does everyone think this ECG is saying about my heart condition???
